In your day off staff can go outside of icalnd yes,( if icalnd near by Male it's very easy,if so far sometimes difficult to get transfer ( if so far usually going by see plain,so difficult get seat 💺)

It's depends on position Basic salary starting from 200$ - till up than 2000$( depends on position) + Service charge starting from 0$ - 3000$( but in most of the resorts- 200-800$ ( depends on all conditions: occupancy, resort level,brand of resort and etc)

It's individually depends on the Resort, when you guys will do interview ask them please 🙏 because some Resorts allowed it but only for menegment and supervisor level staff,in some resorts stay together totally prohibited ( except only real couples husband and wife)

About wife you have to talk with your HR, they should know the ways to bring her( but mostly possible to bring her if you got high position ( manager's level and up),for junior staff they not allowed to bring their wife's or husbands) thanks 🙏
