Sir, if other state reserved category qualified APSET, went for Document verification they checked everything and accepted, will they be treated as open category and check for open cut off , or just bcz of other state they are treated as open category, will they get certificate??

Out of state candidate always becomes open category.... offcourse you will get certificate if you are qualified

Have you checked results??....if yes...did you qualified??.....if yes....then i think the certificate doesn't contain about caste details....it is just about your qualification of apset.....
