i dont recommend anyone specially fresher that they cant learn anything from there except they can become software operator not the design where i recently join after completing my structural engineering and i had done a internship in rcc in other consultncy also i earlier work as a site engineer i had 5 years of experience in building constructions now a days they take fees for coaching and they will make a good talented people to worst that they should not leave petrocon and play politics to mentally harras i was seeing situation hear while joining 40k have to pay after that for staad i am talking they will make you sit in office near to the operator if you ask that operator they dont have knowledge and they to fresher 6 months joinee or 1 year and while if you try to leave before bond you have to pay 75k rupees its really destroying

people think that many people are there here many are like you only copy paste excel work dont have knowledge they cant solve your problem and now a days i am watching if i ask how it come client have give design so we are working on it

1 senior employee or hod woh i work ku teach karta aur same repeat hota isma kuch nahi seekh sakta agar app well educated hai to kisi sa mat pucho kaisa hai app khud under jao work dekho samaj ma aiya to join karo bond ka paisa retha
