The world's oldest library was in UR of Chaldea where Abraham came from. Materials there were all of pottery and stones. The second was in Alexandria from as old as the Pyramid days. It was further enhanced during the time of Cleopatra much later but it was a library from a long time in the past.

God knows the faithfulness of Job. Then why he had to give so much of troubles to Job, an innocent and God fearing man? Satan was just standing in the presence of God. God himself voluntaryly called the Satan and inquiring about Job as if He doesn't know about it. So, God was in-necessarily punishing an innocent man mentally and physically. How can this action be justifiable?

I think it is like us parents who give much trouble to our children only to see them become better people. Whilst they go through the pain they think we are tormenting them but at the end of the day, when they become better citizens, they thank us for the discipline we gave them. Perhaps it is like that. I don't know to understand the thing about Job any further dear brother.

No brother, There was a amazing purpose behind God allowing Job to go through such troubles. During his troubles the purpose of Jesus role has been revealed. 32He is not a mere mortal like me that I might answer him, that we might confront each other in court. 33 If only there were someone to mediate between us, someone to bring us together, 34 someone to remove God’s rod from me, so that his terror would frighten me no more. - Job 9 32,33 & 34. Absolutely, no pain we go through for Lord is unnecessary or meaningless. Everything is in accordance of God's will and for his glory. Praise unto the Lord and King Jesus Christ.
