nice video , Just to add in your video 1. I work as RO in AHC in judicial section( Civil) 2. awesome promotions RO Will be Registrar in 25 years( LLB removed last year in promotions ) means RO to SO to Assistant Registrar to Deputy registrar to Joint registrar to Registrar. 3. Lawyers respect us a lot. Lawyer community always stand by us whenever we called them for help which is big thing. We watch very closely and can learn lot from senior lawyers and judges how passionate they are in their profession . 4. Everyone tries to be in our good books from policemen to any central and state government officers. 5. We get great medical facility, High court have own dispansary for its employee( Both Allopathy and homeopathy ) from bloodtest to X ray to ultrasound facility and any medicine written by private doctor for our dependent will get to us within 2 days of application submit. 6. newspaper bills , Spectacles bill , Honorarium for extra work all given to us. cons - Been here since 2017 I can tell you "none".

And plzz do tell me more about the work load.I work for a MNC and here work load is too much as I also do 14hrs shift and sometyms night shifts also. So what u say? A person like me can bear this work load easily as I am used to it already? 🤔

Kindly rectify ..now criteria for LLB has been relaxed and everyone gets equal oppurtunity for getting promoted to Joint Registrar and Registrar. Also provision of training of Deputry Registrar for 6 months training in Judicial Training and Research Institute(JTRI) has been made before getting promoted to Joint Registrar. Also 2011 batch ARO,who became RO in 2014 are in line of getting promoted to SO..so promotion from RO to SO is 5-7 years max

2008 wale RO bhi abhi poore log SO nahi bane hai bhai.. Atleast 8-10 years lagte hai RO to SO.
