I have passed my 10th in 2019 then 12th from commerce stream in 2021😬.that time I don't know about merchant navy but after seeing your from lst year i know many things about merchant navy.Sir i started doing Fitter course(2023-2025) from government iti boys Haldwani soo that i can get admission in great eastern institute.. Sir my main confusion is this year Sci -Mti also started course for gp rating leading to 2nd mate ncv course ..soo my question is after that student get 2nd mate coc of ncv???..and after getting this navigation officer coc.. can i apply for foreign coc as a navigation officer in India... Because I don't want uk coc..😬 and this time in year 2024 i also started doing my 12th from nios board in science stream.. sir my second question is ...if i clear my 2nd mate coc of ncv from sci mti after that if i don't have pcm in 12th than i will eligible or not for foreign vessel coc ??.If i am able too paas after this much gape because passed 10th in 2019 and doing second time 12th from nios in pcm stream in 2024. ..will it make me eligible as per dg shipping rule of india for fg vessel coc?... Please help me out sir... And please tell me which will be good college for me great eastern or sci mti....?....
