The differences between AOE and TLK Prime designs are the forearms, because when Optimus pulled the sword which modified his forearms in Age of Extinction it gave him a more Knight aesthetic.

Mostly. Before Prime got the giant sword in AoE, he had red forearms with blue flames. When he got the sword, his forearms transformed for a more armored look and changed to blue with red flames
