Hi I've been invitiated by amazon to take an assessment on the Hirevue platform it consist of 3 video questions ,4 written response and 2 multiple questions ?what should I expect ?I thought that on hi revue there were just video questions

No you don't need to mention this. Most jobs won't ask about driving licence unless the job requires this!
