Great vlog as always. Just thinking of your swift command issue, if you are able to leave your 12v on when you leave the caravan for the week, you can set a delay start on the Alde panel so your caravan will be warm when you get to it on a Friday evening.

There is no water in the canisters just gas. They both produce water. When you burn any hydrocarbon you make carbon dioxide and water. Propane or butane. There isn’t much in it in how much water they both produce. Propane for every kilogram burnt makes 1.64 kg of water and butane for every kilogram burnt makes 1.55kg. A bit less. But one burns hotter and the other doesn’t freeze when you use it in winter.

Tony the problem with the awning poles is in the assembly put the two half clips on the same side so they can squeeze together , as you have it now with the flattened end of the pole between them they will never nip together.

That tart looks good. Bet it’s good with cold thick custard and leave in the fridge like the Manchester tart. Or do you reckon. It might go soggy. I’ll give your recipe a go. Keep up the recipes.

I think you keep confusing butane and propane. Calor gas and flo gas both do butane and propane. To try and get over your £55 cost of the flo gas 13kg butane bottle, see if your flo gas dealer will let you swap it for a 11kg flo gas propane bottle. My dealer does.

Hi Tony./debs I was ment to say doodles. They are swimming aids. Long polystyrene tubes kids use for help with learning swim. And you can buy the connection to clip together.. regarding Darren pole problem. Many apologies typo error. 😂 But thanks for the mention. Cheers c u in a bit. 😂😂

Hello deb, have you ever tried using tinned apple for apple pies in the cornflake tart rather than jam, like a crumble? We used to have it at school it was lovely x

No. I've used it under a sponge but never under cornflakes,might try it next time x

@thecaravanaddys i sometimes use that marshmellow fluff to combine the cornflakes too, it seems to go well with it, especially when custards poured on it, it maintains my school boy figure lol x

Is that the new hose or old one as your supposed to change the old one quite regularly as I work for gas direct and they told me to buy new hose and the propane Dosnt freeze in the cold weather like butane gas

to get your £55 quid back you need to take the bottle to a main flo gas agent but u will need a receipt proof of purchase from when u bought it. no receipt , no 55 quid
