Wow that was so inspirational. Yesterday I went to a team meeting at work and Was able to implement what you suggested. We were playing holiday games, a competition with others on the team. On my team,someone was feeling insecure about our teams ability to win the HOLIDAY game. I inserted your tips and rooted and believed in our group vocally Like you recommended. We didn't win, but we felt like winners in the end. We all need to remember, we are all influencers.
