@@vladclad8663 just depends where u go to apply I've seen alot of company's require one or prefer you to have one but I dont have one I just went to church with a gentleman that owned a company and I worked for him off and on till I learned enough to move to another state and make more

Start an apprenticeship or trade school. You start at approximately 20 dollars and hour (depending where you live) it's a 3-4 year program and once you're done they start paying you 30-40 dollars an hour, it all depends where you live.

You can call any labour union and they will direct you. Launa local 183.

depends on where you are. some community colleges have programs connected with local unions, some even have pre-apprenticeship programs to get your reading, math and other skills up to be ready to apply for an apprenticeship. mostly, just google the name of your state plus the words "apprenticeship program" and you should get a list of which ones are available and links to what the requirements are, mostly its high school education and to be able to physically perform the work.
