Joby Gorillapod 3K Pro vs 5K | Which One to Choose for Sony A7SIII?

Is the Joby Gorillapod 3K Pro strong enough for my Sony A7s3 and A7R3 cameras or do I still need the good old, much bigger 5K tripod? Not just as a vlogging tripod but for travel videos and photos. Joby Gorillapods have been one of my most used camera accessories. It's light weight and much easier to have with me than a traditional tripod when I'm traveling or just out and about with the family.

It says that the 3K Pro is all aluminum, but I couldn't find this information about the 5k. I wonder if they both have the same material. The standard 3K model is plastic, since there is no mention of 5K as pro, I wanted to ask if the 5k is also plastic. Thank you.
