Yes I completely understand. I’m from Australia, so right now it is winter and we are halfway through the school year. We are in our sixth lockdown (about 13 months of hard lockdown now) and jocie has really helped with my anxiety and other mental health struggles ❤️ hope you all get through this

I am amazed at how she does it fast and aggresive when she is still super comforting and her words make everything in my life better... I started watching her after my grandma passed away and then not even a year later my other grandma passed away from almost the same thing (cancer) and it hit me hard but she helped me get through the days. I still have a struggle because my mom has cancer and it could come back at any point and she could possible not make it. Thanks for amazing comforting video that help me through the days...
