You just have to watch how much caffeine your taking in and what your comfortable with. I don't see why you couldn't but personally I feel good enough for a workout with just one of these.

Okay so someone help me, why is it that I get a horrible bitter taste with this drink? Did I just get a bad one??

They used to be better but they changed the flavors and ingrediants
