10th Marines here and there in 05-06. Scariest time of my life. I still do this day have no clue who they got so many IED's on the road DAY AFTER DAY! We lost a lot of good warriors there in the fight for Ramadi. Anyhow, thanks for your sacrifice, Garcia!

@@MikeyMike-fb5hx Mike Sarraille, Delta Platoon ST3 Assistant OIC was a former enlisted recon Marine sergeant and said he was indoctrinated to hate the Army, but upon meeting the 1/506 as a SEAL officer thought "These guys are fucking good to go". Lol, as Jocko said: "Interservice rivalry is for peacetime"

Smart to react to that fear in hindsight knowing the war was not for a good cause unfortunately no disrespect to the warriors
@EpistemicAnthony3 ай бұрын
@Dillonmac96 well, it's not as simple as that. Did the politicians have good goals? No. But did the average soldier on the ground fight for a good cause? Yes, they did. They were there to protect the people they saw from extremists, and those people were grateful for it. Remember, the reasons of the politicians are not the reasons of the soldiers, and that matters just as much to what the "reason for a war" is.

Amen Jocko…the young E-1 to E-4/new E-5 marines, sailors, airmen, & soldiers; WO’s; & O-1 to O-3 pilots, commanders, etc. have been/are the heart of the U.S. military. After one makes E-6 to E-9 and/or O-4 to O-10, the job becomes training, equipping, and taking care of them in any way possible. Shout out to all of the DoD civil service employees that provide training, services, & continuity for our military service members as well! All the best…cheers!

Fellow Currahee here … I strongly encourage Jason to go down to Toccoa GA and run Currahee. They also have a small museum at Camp Toccoa and another one “downtown”. I go every year with other Currahees and we reflect and remember on our fallen Currahee brothers. There is really something special about being there and running Currahee - I hope you check it out Jason. Appreciate you sharing your story. Stands Alone !

Jackie and your copilot is so interesting and I learned so much from you you tell the truth you don't buckle from it and your stories and the truth always comes out of your mouth and Joe Rogan needs to shut his mouth because I don't care if you're friends with him it doesn't matter to me I have my own opinion of him he is a I failed comic I failed fighter he was only good for narrating or describing what's going on in the ring you're telling me and if you tell me this and it's yes I I lost all respect for you you are better than Joe Rogan you have information that no one else has because of your background and if anyone's worth what this clown gets from Spotify 200 million which is absolutely absurd and that will take you out of reality in a fucking flash if he's worth 200 million you're worth 500 million and I don't think anyone's worth that kind of money and you know what everyone that has money has it done something shady and has left some bodies in their wake and that's not a guess it's a facttake the compliment and stop praising him or he helped me out oh he did this he didn't help you out you help your own self out give yourself credit and stop hanging out with people that are phonies
