According to the internet search the Dutch registered aircraft PH-GCF is a Alpi Pioneer 400. Next week I meet up with Terry (KZbin's Short Field) and we explore the show and maybe the flight back. Depending on the edit length 😀

It would have been nice to have put Heveningham in the logbook but the weather was just not playing for me. I saw some nice aircraft pictures of the flight line. Look forward to Part 2.

Its always fun when there's a jolly ATC chap. I'm not sure but think when you're on the tower and that fella says "He's f&king miles away" (at 16:16 ) is the first f-word on your channel? Not that I'm too bothered by it but did you notice in the edit? Not a bad variety of aircraft either. Those drummers on the showground sounded like the ones that turn-up to protests these days but I'm sure they entertained the visitors :-) Although our focus was on the aircraft, for others it wasn't as it is a country fair, so no problem really.

It is a very varied show, so lots going on. I was late back from the IoW and finished the edit and upload late into the night so I must admit I didn’t notice it at the time. I do try to blank them out but I think one does appear on the Amiens arrival video.

Your GPS issue seemed to spread to my KZbin settings. You didn’t appear as a notification at 7:30. I had to dive into my saved channels to find you. Strange. That looked a well supported fly-in. What was the Dutch registered plane that came in?

You do need to be close to the trees as the strip is quite short!
