Around 6:48 she mentions that she wishes she can just get a wand and it make it possible for Travis’ family to get closure. However, she doesn’t say she wishes she can get a wand to change everything or perhaps wishing she could go back in time and do differently. I don’t know, I just don’t feel like she is actually sorry for killing him. She seems so cold towards it and avoids talking about killing him specifically. I’m not sure if she actually feels bad for the family and the hurt and pain she has caused them, but I know she isn’t so sorry about actually killing Travis Alexander.

She won't get parole. Even if she gets a sentence of "life with the possibility of parole after 25 years", AZ eliminated parole in the 1990's. Unless AZ voters change the law, and they won't, JA won't see the light of day again. She will never leave prison a free woman.

She never apologized. She seemed truly shocked when reporters asked her why she never said she was sorry. In 1 interview she insisted that she said she did say she was sorry & that "I should have brought my transcript", to prove the reporter wrong. In the next interview she didn't say that; she realized she didn't apologize. So she explained how inadequate the word "sorry" is. While yes, when you torture & slaughter a man saying sorry isn't enough. That doesn't mean you shouldn't use the word JA!

Exactly. She said she'd just learned how much "good" she could do in prison, meaning she didn't know that she'd be isolated 24x7 until execution if on death row. Was she being honest about wanting life? Only JA knows. Regardless of her sentence, she will spend at least 2 years alone in her cell 23 hours a day. She is currently under those conditions now. You're right; JA will hate being alone until she's executed (if given the DP). But she's like a cockroach; she survives in any conditions.

Pics show that no one else was there & they gave a timeline. Additional evidence proved that JA was with TA during his murder; her hand-print in blood on the bedroom wall; her blood on TA's body & a clump of her hair in TA's blood. The pics showed that JA acted alone & committed the crime instead of being attacked by ninjas.

Weak interviewer. Arias has repeatedly, since interrogation (available on tape, mind you), stated that she would prefer a death sentence over life-in-prison. A truly innocent person would be freaked out, stating emphatically that the jury got it wrong, requesting an appeal (even if not actually a legal option), etc. But since her arrest 'til now, Arias accepts her fate, though clearly prefers life-in-prison (in truth, always has) to execution. And that's because she knows she is guilty.

One of the women on AZ DR killed her husband. Many on DR in the US are there for single murders, esp if the killer is black or Hispanic and male. You really should read more about the DP before you assume the "history" of the DP. Finally, different states have different penalties because citizens vote for those penalties. I also disagree with the DP for everyone but serial killers. But states have rights as do voters. The 2 worst states to commit murder in are AZ and TX.
