Love the look of the new sets, but once you have it all together, how do you open it? It seems you have secured everything in place for no movement.

Hi Dawn, When you put the boxes together, you don't glue down the tabs on the sides, they just slot into place like a buckle and a strap. I hope that helps.

Does the lid move up and down or tilt? It seems the ends of the lid, at the straps, are secured down.

I was wondering about that also. How does the one Jodie made open? She glued one strap by where the ribbon handle went but not the other strap. Why? Was that to facilitate opening the hamper?

I like these, but I had the same question. Since the straps are in place, how do you open the basket? You can take out the tabs, but how is the lid removed? It seems like the only way to open the basket is to take the strap off on one side. Is that correct?
