I love your cooking videos. I'm definitely going to try your jam and cream Swiss roll. Key really enjoyed his meat Swiss roll. His eyes were glinting when he was eating off the fork. Even though Key was dropping pieces all over the floor, he didnt waste a bit. He really enjoyed it. Your hair looks nice wavy and it looks thicker now that you've had the fringe cut. You could try a full fringe. I think it would suit you. However, it looks lovely how you've got it. With the long fringe bits each side. I hope you make more cooking videos. 🐕💖

I remember when I figured out that my Malamute Kali's howl was a copy of my "call whistle". When Thor was gone (old age), she would howl in the front yard. By chance, I was playing with audio software, and analyzed a recording of the howl. The frequencies matched my "high, low, high" call whistle. I was shocked.

Eating well Key! I cook for my crew too. Animal protein and vegetables for dinner and animal protein and kibble or gastrointestinal wet food for breakfast. It gets a little more complicated because I have a Chihuahua mix to a Rottweiler all different ages and life stages. Consulted with a pet nutritionist and vet to come with a menu for each one that provides the nutritional value each animal requires. Add in six cats, a canary, a dragon and a turtle. Always cooking for someone! ❤️

Great to see you both again Key and Jody!!!!! I had a very large Great Wolf and Husky hybrid and mostly every night she would have raw ground beef or why would buy a couple of Rotisserie chickens, one for me and one for the five of my dogs but I never allowed them to have the chicken bones! But they always loved each meat the same as other! But meal time was a big event for them at night! Now for breakfast they would get a very expensive kibble and gravy and they each got two big hard boiled eggs and they love that but they know dinner is warm meat! Every other night they enjoy some veggies too that are nice and warm but without butter or anything like that! Once in a blue moon they each get a tiny little cup of Strawberry Ice Cream with real strawberry bits in it and they all love strawberries with or without ice cream! When they they see me eating strawberries all five of them are up on the couch or in the bed trying to guilt me and usually they win! But a couple strawberries each for all five of them isn’t bad. Especially if they haven’t had a special treat in a while! My Pitbull is pretty demanding about it too but after two or three for all of them they are in the bed for the whole night comfy and sound! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓 Then they’ll let me sleep from 9 - 12 as long as they’re all comfortable too! Oh, I loved the Swiss Roll idea. It did remind me of a stuffed meatloaf that my daughter made for us (she loves to cook and took care of her younger siblings while I was working, and I payed her for it! She was worth every penny!). Because the ground beef mixture that she used had a high fat content, she placed the loaf on a slotted roasting rack in the pan, to allow a lot of the fat to drip out. We also had fun with meat-cakes, which were individually seasoned and stuffed meat balls that she formed in a cupcake pan (since her younger siblings were extremely picky eaters). We all got to choose what went into our meat-cake centres, like minced veggies, cheeses and seasoning. Unfortunately, we can't have a dog in our complex and my cats are very under-appreciative of my cooking efforts, lol. Love you and Key!

Jodie, a couple of weeks a go you made a traditional style Swiss Roll. My late mother (died in early February 2012), being part Swiss/German and growing up in the Black Forest region of Germany, her family made Swiss Rolls. She would add a bit of Jamaican Rum to the cream when she made them. When my mom came to Canada she was an au pair for a wealthy family. They loved my mom's talent for cooking.

I do like your hair. I cut mine during the winter last year, (I used a YT video), and it came out layered like that. Though mine kept getting in my face, so I went back to normal bangs. I kind of messed mine up and lost some length in back, so not doing it on my own again. Husband used to cut mine, but got old and tremors make me a little nervous. Love your new look, Jodie! Very Taylor Swift-ish. 💖 Nicely done on the first-ever Right Rev. Lord Keyush Swiss Roll. As my aunt used to say, he joined the Clean Plate Club. Except in Key's case, it looks like he considers his custom ceramic bowl as a formal serving dish and the floor as his free-range dinner plate. 🤣 I know presentation was a key element of the recipe and video, but in mundane, everyday, off-camera life, I would have cut it into bite-size pieces. The blueberries really added to the visual, fragrance and flavor appeal, it seems. Being vegan, I'm guessing at that from memory and Key's response combined. My main response was that it's akin to a terrine (sort of a bacon-wrapped meatloaf, which can be done with any meat or exclusively vegetables) in form. Maybe you could explore that for a future recipe video, and adapt to Key's diet. Much love. 💖💖💖
