Nope, the background vocals were provided by Garnder Cole, Richard Max, Patrick Leonard & Jody herself. The 2 guys that you hear as a backup also sang on various MADOONA tracks throughout her 1986 album True Blue. As Patrick Leonard. Stephen Bray, & Jackie Jackson from the Jackson 5. produce most of the tracks with Madonna.

Marvin Jones True! She mentioned it in an 1989 interview with Patrick Leonard. Also Garden Cole sings back up which also sang back up on Madonna “White Heat” on the TRUE BLUE ALBUM.
