As a Dolphins fan basking in the misery of the Jets season, I hope you guys get Brian Flores as your head coach! He would be perfect for the Jets circus. As HC in Miami he alienated two thirds of the team, pushed heavyweight safety Minkah Fitzpatrick into an untenable situation forcing a trade there. Then he went to war with our GM / Owner about trading away Tua to get Deshaun Watson!! This eventually cost him his job as the FO wouldn't cave in to this moron and he got the boot. Then like Trump, he saves his worst for when he's out of a job and in a twisted and vindictive slanderous campaign about owner Stephen Ross propositioning him to tank games for 100K per game, based on a completely frivolous joke uttered by Ross. He threw in some BS suit about racial discrimination against him by Miami and a few other teams which was soon after dropped for its frivolity. Can he coach defense? Perhaps. Does he deserve a job in the NFL? IMO, absolutely not until he apologizes for his stain on the game. But as an HC and for the Jets? Perfect fit! He'll give you all the good order and discipline you could expect for a sports reality circus! I'd do a bit more research into your choices before you start going YT with Brian Flores for HC!

I doubt the Jets would go for Flores, if only because they'll convene a search committee with guys like Charley Casserly and Bill Polian - you know guys who didn't want to touch the Jets when they were still working but will gladly take their money as consultants to sway them into hiring someone that would have been a good fit in 1983 - and they'll conclude Flores is too overqualified. I still think that you as a Miami fan will have a good shot at liking the next Jet hire in that it could be Rex. And I would love that too because at least when they inevitably lose they'll also be interesting, like when he said about Channing Crowder that he'd stepped over tougher guys on the way to a fight. Hire Gruden, bring back Rodger’s for one more year, and draft a quarterback.

Qb play is better than last year but every other aspect of the team has gotten drastically worse somehow with better players.

Well we know Joe Namath isn’t walking thru that door 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Same ol Jets Make Fireman Ed the new GM

It's time we send a message to Ownership that we don't want you. I suggest boycotting a game and no one shows up. 24 years is enough!!! I have been a fan for over 50 years and I have had enough. Let's send a message we want you out. YOU ARE FIRED!!! If we can't organize that then a chant of WOODY MUST GO! should be heard at every game. Might be a good start. Since he likes social media, we should all post NY JETS - Woody must go!!! YOU ARE FIRED!!!

Watching the Jets is bad enough. Listening to idiot fans on social media makes it 500x worse.

Crazy idea here: You should hire Brian Flores as the next NY Jets head coach and hire a star Offensive coordinator. B flo only issue was struggle putting offense together. But he can make chicken salad out of chicken shit!
@thomasanderson6124Ай бұрын
Draft a QB and hope for the best. Joe is right, it’s tiring to watch the jets.
@christopherphillips2708Ай бұрын
Flores screwed over Fitzy and Tua. I can't wait you get Flores. You might score 17 points a game. Maybe you can run to the wall for takes no talent.

Dude the only reason Mike and Benigno keep saying I’d bring back Rodgers is because they align with him politically enough already. The team is a joke bring back a 41 year old statue to do what? Rodgers looked washed

Agree, always liked Joe until I saw him on Sid’s show talking crazy MAGA right wing shit

There seems to be a direct correlation between the highest campaign contributors and bad teams.

All your critiques of Rodgers are making me crack up as a Packer fan. Welcome to life with Aaron Rodgers! These are the same exact criticisms we Packer fans have had of Rodgers for years. He won’t throw on schedule and he won’t ever risk a pick throwing over the middle. He cares more about stats than winning.

I don't want Aaron Rodgers on the team anymore
