If I look at this chart as amateur astrologer, I find very serious health problems. Suppose this is data for an unknown elderly person, Pluto in Aquarius in opposition to his Natal Scorpio cluster in the house 12th indicates serious decline. Transiting Pluto in Aquarius is really messing up with his Natal Mercury in Scorpio... It is actually sad, he can barely talk. If you watch his interviews from 5, 6 years ago, he was a totally different person. If his Progressed Sun is in Aquarius (I did not run the chart and I do not use astrodienst) conjunction to Transiting Pluto in Aquarius is also an indication of serious health problems. Okay, one may say that it is a period of "transformation"... Pluto's "transformations" rarely come around "nicely". Supposing he is still alive by November, Uranus is moving to his return and crossing opposite Natal AC, changes of some accidents, death, unforeseen circumstances. It is important to look at the information and to the age of the person, a 20 year-old person can have "transformations", "unexpected events", and continue their lives. Now, older people with difficult transits are more likely to face live-and-death situations. Unfortunately, professional astrologers will not predict anything because they do not want to upset their clients nor to lose money. As a president, Biden has done his mission of allowing USA-Pluto return to happen in full force... USA has changed forever for good or bad, it's done.

Thank you for your insights, I couldn't agree more re "transformational" Pluto. What an understatement for the deep-seated changes that occur under one of Pluto's stressful transits (even the trine/sextile can usher in some upset). I use very tight orbs of 1° or less in public forecasts, so the two transits I was most concerned about are Pluto/Moon and Uranus/Sun. King Charles currently has an ongoing Uranus transiting opposition to his Sun, which will be exact again soon. Shocks and changes to health/vitality are possible. I agree Biden could potentially have health problems through this. It isn't in orb at election time, but he has to get through these challenges before he gets to election. I've kept my political opinions to myself 😊 but the Biden I see on TV here in the UK would not be somebody that I would personally vote for.

We all work in different ways, and I guess intuition is also in the mix. I would look at the main themes from the transits, progressed to natal, progressed to progressed, solar arcs, solar returns. Asc/MC are pivotal in all of this. I would already have my main "story" from these. I would then consider transits to progressions, asteroids, midpoints etc. I notice that even Liz Greene's personalised reports would consider transits to the progressions by conjunction as potentially being important. But she warns that they may/may not yield an event. I find trying to forecast events with astrology is far harder than it looks. There is a lot of symbolism. Not all tools produce 100% consistent results over time. I was able to predict success for Nigel Farage recently, and he has indeed become an MP overnight. There were clear Jupiter signs everywhere, so it was relatively easy. Despite the progressed moon being "imaginary", for e.g., it really can respond to transits from outer planets. I've experienced it personally, time and again. Yet my own progressed Venus has been conjunct to transit Uranus earlier this year, with no outward or emotional changes to the areas of money, relationships, value system etc.

Often, yes. However, our charts are almost always in the process of receiving transits from the social or outer planets. Some transits may no longer be within a 1° orb, but we know that the transit will be returning by retrograde and its message is still being absorbed. If you factor in Chiron, eclipses and the nodes too - it can get tricky to work out what is triggering what. Sometimes progressed to natal aspects are triggered by a conjunction from transiting Mars. Sometimes nothing happens. I prefer to use a few different tools for timing and look at the months when there is a predominance or overlap of close aspects, using multiple tools, for pinpointing the timing of events.

Amateur astrologer here. What I've been seeing - the same chart, and knowing how past transitioning planetary influences have affected the Big Guy both good and bad - watch very late February, 2024. Something's happening there, of a fairly short duration, that will pull the rug out from him. A solid block of Aquarius will move into later degrees, which is very poor for his Scorpio group in his 12th. The outer Jupiter-Uranus Taurus placings will already be there / arriving at a later degree conjunction together - also bad for him. Long story short, without the technical reasons I think I see: the rest of this year he'll be able to dart in and out of the spotlight, not entirely untouched, but basically able to .... "hide". To "camouflage", as usual. Less happening in his overall media attention than usual. No real harm done to him. January should actually be quite good for him (large Capricorn grouping into early Aquarius - very good for Joe's Scorpio and Gemini planets in the 7th. Meaning the canniness works methodically well, his friends aid in keeping the ball moving, changing direction), into early February. That tells me the initial POTUS Democratic primaries should move along like clock-work ... pretty much. But, the cracks will be starting to show for him; certainly by mid-Feb., if you're watching carefully. Then, very late February. Boom. It's only a couple of weeks duration of maximum strength, but it's of such significant impact to his personal chart (plus... the increasing later degree conjunction of ultra conservative, status quo Taurus) that it may be enough to get him off the stage. THEN Aries will start to come in, and give him his second wind, to fight back MAYBE revive. IF he makes it to late May (curiously, the last of the primaries), the second half of 2024 looks much better for him - as Jupiter moves into Gemini, the inner planets move into groupings more favorable, too. Or ... does that mean he'll be a "lame duck" at that point? Weirdly, I see similar for Trump; but for different reasons (he'll be "freed up" by mid-summer). The year 2024 is a chart of two different forces: first half is strong Taurus, then starting in late May on: Gemini moves in) I see the election itself being pretty up "finished" by late September - unusual, because that's when you see it ramp up. Most curious of all is early 2025. When a brand new Congress and potentially new POTUS come in, to take over. It's always a fresh new period. But, not this time. January, 2025 looks very much like some sort of holding pattern.

Oh - I've lived my entire life within a long bike ride from his home area. He's an old school political fraud, in many ways. It's just now he's begun to get steadily caught on all this, thanks to to his aging (... the still glib, hale- fellow - well-met smoothness of his Scorpio/Gemini slickness that kept him in office for 50 years has deteriorated a lot and, of course, the rise of social media to daily document it all.) Btw, I'm never "political" about any of this involving astrology. I cast a cold eye on all politics, aside from that. I'd think you'd agree a most important criteria for any real accuracy in astrology is keeping one's personal opinion entirely separate from the aspects that "are there". That said: I don't see a huge difference regarding the ascendent differences. The bulk of the (2) charts aren't markedly different. Edgar Cayce, under trance, indicated the "soul" didn't always immediately enter the body at birth. Sometimes a bit later - once in a while, a day or two!; or, even earlier - before first breath. Something there to think about.

His Natal Moon in Taurus has a YOD. Not impossible but adjustment needed. USA going through Pluto return. I believe he will pull through even though not easy, Scorpio never do anything halfway.
