There is no true confirmation of this at all. Also, I know the building that they’re in my business partner lives there that building does not have an HOA just a maintenance fee so they can’t kick them out of that building. Plus, I believe they talked about getting new couches and new furniture to make this more comfortable and easier which had to be measured out and built-in. For your information 90% economy condominiums in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut do not and are not allowed to have a HOA.

All the unnecessary NOISE from Joe and The Prediabetic Loudmouth (Flip), arguing all out on the balcony where the neighbors I'm sure could hear everything. A little while back WHILE THEY WERE RECORDING, the upstairs neighbor was actually banging on the floor because of Joe's hollering and the loud music. Those people pay what they pay to live there so they don't have to put up with crap like that.
