Make sure you hydrate very well before the start of training camp. Those first 3 weeks of training camp really test your endurance,muscle strength and hydration. It’s extremely humid and hot in late July and August in Cincinnati,if not properly hydrated you can strain muscles or tear muscle off the bone. Take it easy those first 3 weeks of training camp Joe,and stay hydrated! Who Dey!!

Would love to hear more about flexibility than strength. Brady and Mahomes have demonstrated that the best way for a QB to stay healthy is by having a slightly softer, more pliable body

Burrow putting more muscle on last year before training camp most likely caused his calf strain. The legs have to adapt to alot of fast upper body muscle.
