This is the king of S.U carburetors study his expertise and you'll find out we're you messed up on your S.U carburetor float bowls needs jet's all u need to know is wright here Rich or Lean your here for a reason possibly fuel out the overflow above the float possible you are running a fuel pump from big box auto parts and a pressure regulator now psi is correct but fuel flow is restricted get a correct fuel pump first then fix other issues fuel regulator and use of it as a restrictors cause flow on power on highway or you give it gas and it does the opposite but city driving I awesome. You need a real su pump for su carbs or the cube solid state pump transplant and don't cut fuel lines till you go to moss motors first has a KZbin about fuel pumps and such as I explained more in depth also you may go back to factory spec who knows but big box stores auto parts are not the answer do more research our cars like up to only 2 to 3 psi 4 is pushing it
