I don't know that they did, they were invoveled with those who were actively trying to get them noticed and copies & flagged to the attention of the FBI, however, it's on Joe guidice himself because he was doing dirty to his ex partner. The gorgas were always around and friendly with anyone who was trying to still wTch and report the guidice's, so I don't know why Melissa tries to act so surprised that Tersea would say what she did. Melissa & Jacqueline were absolutely talking about Tersea's marriage & money after she was out from prison (both say it in that season) then you have what really pissed the investigation into them off, which was the fraudulent bankruptcy, tersea didn't include her book deal with the advanced payments, she was given many chances to, asked to include it, this is what's suspicious is, remember, you have melissa hire on the kid who filmed tersea taking cash at a different book signing, etc again tersea's own fault, knowing that any and all income had to be provided, but once again you have eveyone talking about it, looks and could be really bad for her, yet Melissa acts like she didn't know, and when she is informed she explains why she keeps him until after all the fan back lash comes then conveniently, he had to be let go when it's brought up at reunion time. If you are always wanting peace, love your nieces and brother and sister in laws, all these words you say over the years, and are always saying that you are always being attacked for nothing, why then are there actions that show different with so many others who don't even like Tersea, that have spoken out along with those who know them and are neutral,

Well, she tried to talk calm with her brother and when Joe started to get annoyed at Teresa not agreeing with him he started calling her names and then that's when Teresa started yelling back. Now for Melissa they were both basically ready to argue.

Hate: At some point you have to explain WHY you hate Joe Giudice if you are Joe Gorga because you put this on television so the public can see this... Now do I care, no...but why put this on television?...I hate this guy because...and I'm putting it on television?... Makes no sense at all....Okay you say this guy put a wedge between you and your father...it's your father, no other man can put a wedge between you and your son, it's your son-in-law anyway, he's called your son-in-law for a reason and you gave this man your daughter, which is the best most sacred thing you could give a man aside from blood and an organ and then your life. The Family: What really caught my attention this season was how Melissa responded to Gia and Gabriella at Luis house...I loved how they just stood there and let Melissa sweat while they said absolutely NOTHING knowing what Melissa said on that podcast about their father and knowing the cameras were rolling, they didn't play along and Melissa just had to pretend like she cared for them and rolled her eyes, then said they have hate in their heart?... So Melissa is a mind-reader?... But wait, no kids, right?...I do agree that the cousins get along better than the adults because we all have cousins, you talk crap about one another and it's not an issue or a problem, it's just when people want to separate you because of matters concerning adults, then that's what happens. This was an overall great interview and I hope Joe Giudice will become a regular on this show.

The Gorgas first appearance on the show was so disgusting. Josephina called his sister garbage in front of her 10 year old daughter, made a big scene banging on table, charged Juicy & started screaming to the top of his lungs at his father (NoNo). And that was the start of a very sad family dynamic on national tv. Why would they have anything good to say about any of that?

The minute Joe and Theresa filed for bankruptcy, then got their dumb ass$$ recorded on television pulling out hundred of thousands dollars in cash, anybody could have brought that info to the Feds, hell even some fan who worked with Feds could have been watching RHONJ. ANYBODY, ANY FAN, could have reported them. You don't go flashing and paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash after filing bankruptcy, it's a dead giveaway you're hiding money. If I recall correctly the judge on their was leaning toward no jail time for Theresa until the found out she had lied to them about all her income, the why she got the, for lying to the judge.

So basically people are accusing the Gorgas based on their own assessments and approach. Those same people were friends and business partners with Juicy so guess if the fact they were around them means that the outed it you, then the same can be applied to you and your exes too, isn't? Like Juicy but not sure if digging up this story is a good idea. The way people can be nasty for no reason, even with facts before their eyes they will find stories to twist out of it. If your daughters are trying to fight for you to come back to the USA, that is not a wise move. At the end of the day, you admitted to have neglected getting the citizenship and they did find some dodgy stuff on you. Do you want your daughters to have a mother, a father, an uncle and an aunty all to be known as criminals. At some point, the madness needs to stop though.
