Clearly, the Bengals are going to use Moss on 3rd downs because of his ability to block, however they also need a receiving threat out of the backfield to get a 1-on-1 matchup on a linebacker and to help clear out the middle.

Thanks for the content and breakdown. I know no it is no consolation to Bengals fans, but I’m tired of the narrative that the Chiefs get all the calls. Do we remember the last year when there was a DPI against Green Bay at the end of the game against MVS and it didn’t get called and the Packers won? How about right before the PI call against the Bengals the reason they were in a 4 and 16 was because the 50 yard play was called back based upon a facemask call by the Chiefs OL. Even the int that was called back by Mahomes, it was the same drive he threw a pic again. So it’s not like they should of have one more than they did. Point is, it doesn’t always go the Chiefs way. It’s just they have more room for error with that stuff because they are good. That being said, as a Chiefs fan, the only team I really have a healthy fear of playing is Bengals. Much respect.

DPI Green Bay was make up for the previous play. Mahomes got pushed IN BOUNDS to shove him out, gets roughing the passer. Find better example The Chiefs win because they take advantage of every opportunity better than the other teams. In my opinion, the refs like them more, but it is not game breaking. This game, the Bengals sold via Chase breakdown, Burrow fumble, and sad DPI.

1. Volson and Sample blocking on 3rd downs… please just slow someone down for a sec or 2? Not gonna win these close games against good teams with interior getting beat like that. 2. Can we get a second pass rusher on the line? Jeez. Imagine our d if we had someone to help Trey? Ossai looked like a stud, but clearly can’t finish. Too clumsy looks like. 3. I blame coaches for Deanthony out there in that situation. Give him snaps out of conf games, to get a feel for him and him for the gm. Not against defending sb champ. Especially not with Battle there… 4. We need to run the ball more. Gotta get them out of the two high all gm. Perfect time to get it going against these lesser teams. Our SB trip we made concerted efforts to run the ball, and not make Burrow Superman every play. Let’s do that again. 5. Burton needs to get more snaps than Irwin. He doesn’t have the speed or the hands (last two gms) to justify playing him. At least with Burton u can make defense pay for bracketing Jamar. 6. More Erick All please. Loved the blocking and plus his pass catching/speed.

Jamar Chase and joe Burrow are not in good football shape with lack of practice and scripted plays and since college joe burrow lead practice with WRs, but obviously he stopped doing that this season where Chase and Higgins refused to participate and the rest are new with limited experience and skills

Explain why Rice flys BACK toward the line of scrimmage on contact if your safety is “going straight up” for the ball lol stop it haha

The safety still had forward momentum, look at where he pauses at 42:00 Who moved more? Rice 4 yards, Anthony 1/2 yard. Anthony just ran there, then had to stop, and Rice backed into him. If anything, that is OPI because Anthony got there first.

The Bengals need to keep an eye on the 49’s and the Saints coaching personnel for a coach in the offseason even though I think it is too late for damaged joe burrow who couldn’t train with weightlifting in the offseason because of his wrist injury and the ball speed out of his hand looked girly

The bengals don’t look ready for football until week four or five, because the don’t play or practice in the preseason, another coaching issue, and joe burrow is no longer eager to overplay since he got paid and after all these injuries and hits and sacks he is not them and looked scared and panicky which is expected and now he is a damaged good and won’t last more than two years of good football and maybe less with Zack Taylor with no running game and bad OL play

Too hard to follow the 3rd down flow. Jumping down the field, offense to defense. Much better to watch a 3rd down and then the subsequent 4th down IMO

It was a mismatch coaching that early in the season where the KC Swifties and the referees are fully prepared and the worse coach in the NFL Zack Taylor

Joe Burrow looked scared out there last two games and that is the result of bad OL play again where the RT bad play in the first game and and the three interior linemen were very bad and other coaching factors

This was a losing formula last season for the bengals which was can’t stop the run and can’t run the ball and bad OL play and bad offensive schemes and WRs and TEs play except Chase and Higgins and still the same things this season, Zack Taylor shouldn’t be the coach when only 91 can rush the passer and no speed or separation from WRs and always injured Joe Burrow with no arm strength and so many other coaching decisions
