Joe Kent is a great man. I can’t wait to get him on the show again.

If Mr. Kent happens to win this election, I wouldn't mind moving my business from Portland, Oregon to Washington if not, I have no desire to stay in the PNW or continue to put my money into that community. There's a lot of us in the PNW that are rooting for Mr. Kent! Good luck sir!!!

Joe Kent is the very kind of people we need to go into politics...this is just a different aspect of a war our veterans have already been fighting...we need soldiers fighting for freedom and democracy and not for politicians investments..

Listened to multiple interviews of this guy. Hard to imagine where the US could be if our entire political establishment had the same mindset towards things.

I'm donating to Joe. He and his wife (who gave her life for our country) deserve every drop of respect we can muster. The fact that he is now running for Congress just further proves his devotion to our country. Well spoken, rational, informed and a patriot. Go Joe! I'd encourage people to listen to his other podcast with Evan. He explains his journey and reasons for running. Great man.

Getting gov't to fight your battles for liberty, is then surrenduring your liberties over to become privlages. That being said good to hear a congress candidate concerned with corporate rober barrons worldwide.

Seems like a solid dude and I hope he wins over his opponent. But you can miss me with the mercantilism. I am all for tax breaks for people who bring jobs to Americans but tears are only good at sanctions not standard operating policy. Unless black rifle wants to start sourcing their coffee beans from Florida instead of South America.

Most people don't have a problem with importing produce from where it grows best, or certain raw materials from wherever they happen to be plentiful. You aren't going to find a lot of American bananas or coconuts, either. There's a big difference between that and sending manufacturing plants to China or Mexico because you can save on labor costs.

Loving the United States is not a bad thing. It's critical that we maintain cultural cohesion and loyalty to country. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be honest about our problems or our history -- the 1619 project is full of bad history, but so are the triumphalist visions of America favored by the right. I love the idea of supporting the working class people, regardless of race. This is what we need. But you've got to deal with the reality that the majority of non-white people are terrified of the racialized rhetoric on the right; choosing to ignore the MTG's of the world, the Proud Boys, or the explicitly racist language employed by Trump, or to pretend that it's just 'talk' as so many conservatives will, undermines any hope of bringing working class people together. I appreciate the sentiment that we ought to unify around the American worker, but the GOP needs to excise the racism from its midst, just as the Democratic party needs to reign in the more extreme left wing elements. Racial justice is a critical component of our future -- you cannot ignore the continuing legacy of racist policy in this country. So many of us are what our parents and grandparents made us. I'm 35 and married to a non-white woman. When my parents were teenagers, that would have been illegal in the state of my birth. When my grandparents were born, the very idea of civil rights for Black Americans was a distant dream -- this fact is absent from the notion that their generation was "united"...be honest about the entire situation, not just the elements that support your perspective. Do you really believe that equal laws -- which we largely have NOW - instantly produce an equal playing field in a society where many of the decision-makers grew up in, and were shaped by, a completely different, and fundamentally unequal, cultural reality? The right has to deal with this before it can claim any legitimate status as a party of working people, regardless of race. This isn't an endorsement of the American left. It IS a critique of the blinders on the right. Why can't you police the nastiness coming from your own party? Why can't you stand up and denounce it? Prove that you're not just the party of White conservatives.

Proud Boys was run by a non-white guy for a long time. Everything you said shows you have no idea about what is actually real versus what the media feeds you.
