2k20 was so fun because there were so many different builder pie charts they were viable to use. plus there was the bs with the gameplay but at the end of the day it still rewarded the better players most of the time

100 % agree with the 2k20 rating. Was the LAST 2k with VARIETY. Would trade anything to have people actually making different builds than a do everything 2way tall guard, makes the game a lot less fun and enjoyable

2k20 best 2k. Green landing underneath your feet. Good legend rewards 40 extra badges. You actually got scared playing an elite three cause they actually played the game a ton even though it was just straight lobs for rep. And you got to actually use vibration and zens weren’t really a thing. Good jumpshot landings. You could actually stop the hop step cheese. You could shoot on low ass 3 ball 50 three ball builds even 47 like joe knows. You could just enjoy the game and play on different builds, variety of build names and good builds. Takeover wasn’t easy to get until you hit elite 1. No dunk meter bullshit.no delay shit. No 2 or 3 6’9 builds every game. Actually got some good free shit and good wheel spins too not like winning a backpack every wheel spin….

Saying it was stale, dribbling was stale, how every game was rinse and repeat, picks being set every play. Ppl in comments agreeing. Complaining ab hopsteps etc. ppl going back to 2k19. & me saying to myself “the game is decent” & kept playing, bc that was the first year in 2k I actually had a 78wp%. But years later everyone saying it’s a goat 2k is wild. Remember tyceno doing wagers & ppl saying “this is saving the 2k community” so if the game wasn’t dying why were ppl saying that

2K23 is a great and ik “it’s just a game” but they gotta get rid of the spinning shit, if they’ll keep the left-right cheese, then they gotta increase lateral quickness speed. Shooting wise was great this year, paint defense was great until people started making heavily contested, but also missing 5% contested layups as a center. Anyway, I liked 2k20 although defense wasn’t great
