this was such a beautiful edit! i'm glad you came back to editing! i came to this show with knowledge that ming was hated and bad but i actually liked the dude :( he was such a complex character. but i felt sorry for joe all throughout the show. they named this show so well. joe never escaped being a stand-in. ming will always love joe in someone elses body.

He really was a complex character and, no matter the circumstances, he adds such a bittersweet layer to the story. I couldn’t really hate him either, and Joe’s love for Ming was so deep and consuming that I could completely relate to it. Sometimes love just blinds us to everything else... @llamarall he wasnt that bad, i feel like they tried to overshadow the real villain, which is tong. He had no repercussions to his deeds, joe lost everything and ming lost his everything, but tong? Happily married with no debt child and money to his wanting. Career too. I am always happy to see my mutuals posting more. I feel like most youtube mutuals i had stopped editing (me included). I guess tikktokk took over.

@@NatsumiKenjii It’s sad that so many of our beloved mutual editors have stopped. I often find myself rewatching their old edits or stumbling upon their comments and feeling a wave of nostalgia. TikTok might be the thing, but for me, there’s something special about those longer KZbin edits. They just hit different.✨ I’ve been curious, if I’m allowed to ask, what made you decide to stop editing on KZbin too? Was it because of time, interest, or something else? And do you maybe do any editing on other platforms?💕 For me, I found it a bit challenging to keep up, and my eyes would tire easily. I also felt guilty spending so much time editing. But the love for editing never really fades. I always find my way back to it in the end. I guess it’s where my soul feels most fulfilled.

@llamarall yes i agree. I did even consider editing on tiktok since it's shorter, but i can't seem to get the hang of it. No need to be sorry you can ask. I wanted to edit more, but I moved to Korea to do my masters and phd and got so busy I just didnt have the time to sit down and edit anymore. I keep wanting to go back to it so MAYBE I'll drop something again in the future when I'm done and have time 😭 but I also agree on the eyes getting tired. Mine used to get tired too. I focused too much on the screen and then I'd see blur.

@@llamarall yes... and it's your fault🤣🤣🤣, because of you I couldn't get away from the series😝. That got me hooked. I started the other series with the boxer (Wandee Goodday), but have now paused. I thought the plot would be like Jinx🤤🫣🤪 (the manga😱), but it's not like that😒. sometimes it's a little boring😞. I'll watch it again in the evening.
