Look at the audience completely in a trance listening to this master of the guitar. Unlike today they would have to take a selfie and fucking tweet something instead of enjoying the moment and taking it all in. Joe is the man.

not just that but feeling the need to continuously woo throughout the entire performance which of course is all about them and not about the performer at all. We live in the most narcissistic time in the history of the world.

@@adorephoto I agree to a point in bluegrass music it’s encouraged to yell appreciation especially when the player are on and cooking

I went to two concerts at an American college. Both concerts played essentially the same type of "world music". The first was John McLaughlin with a sizeable group which included the Labeque sisters. It was a great experience - except for the idiots who paid $60 per ticket and spent the time running like ill-mannered children up and down the aisles shouting to their friends and throwing paper wads. I couldn't understand it. The second concert in the same theater was Al di Meola. The audience at that one was totally quiet and respectful and focused on di Meola and the music. Basically the same format and type of music, but I'll never understand the difference in the audience behavior.

Jazz, essencialmente criado pelos negros, assim como o blues, mas que predominantemente só se vê os brancos nas plateias assistindo aos concertos. Joe Pass gênio!!!

@richardllewelyn18908 жыл бұрын
It's definitely a Music Man amp-model 212?
@maupric8 жыл бұрын
It is true. I did not know the music man manufactured amplifiers. They are very similar to Fender Twin Reverb.
