Aubrey is right. It is about rebirth. When people say they haven’t done yoga before, that’s not true. You’ve been doing it your whole life! When you were born, the doctor smacked your ass, you screamed your first breath - Pranayama deep breathing, good for the lungs, good for the respiratory system. When you became detached from your mother, you had to learn how to cope with gravity all by yourself so you stretched your body to do so.
