He actually said, "Yeah, he's my cousin." in which I replied, "Oh wow, that's pretty cool. I like his stand up!." in which he replied, "Fuck that guy, he's an asshole." End of story. He is my favorite comedian but dark humor isn't for most people. They like more prose and less one liners. Jimmy Carr is hilarious for an example. However I doubt 10% of Americans know who he is. That just means that you aren't just a normal ordinary humdrum person. You like something different than the masses. Sorry bout the long post. Have a good one.

I think most of them are projecting their own terrible social skills. Conversations have an ebb and flow to them and this ebb and flow is one that Joe has more or less mastered. He repeats himself a lot, sure, but who wouldn't after having put out well over 1,000 podcasts??? There's only so many untouched experiences one can spread out over such a massive amount of time
