What I found interesting was Sonny is such a personable guy on his show what he doesn't realize is he shouldn't feel nervous, I watch EVERY SINGLE one of his episodes almost EVERY DAY! 2:00:00 - the meat you're getting at a butcher is probably dry aged for 7-21+ days. That is what Sonny is referring to. Killing a cow, cutting a piece off and cooking it will have a way different taste than a dry aged steak. A camel you kill will not have the same strong flavor that a similarly- butchered bull would.
