Sage didn’t have the pre ufc accolades like Bo does. Even if he shows a lack of skill in striking, his grappling will keep him at a very high level just on its own.

Train hard , Learn a Striking Martial Art and a takedown or grappling Martial Art and when you feel skillful at them then try to Focus more on Tactics .

@@zappy978 thats like saying alex pereiras kick boxing career means nothing because there are people with good striking defense that can wrestle. being an elite wrestler means you can take someone down with "good takedown defense". people like kamaru usmand were able to build a career off of wrestling and the striking opportunities that come when you dont have to worry about getting taken down. Bo is a far superior wrestler than Usman we have a direct comparison in wrestling careers. if usmands wrestling can take him to a title Bo's certaintly should be able to.

It’s par the course to fight cans at the beginning of your career. Fighting a can at UFC 300 however, is a whole different story. Hella disrespectful to kick ranked and proven killers by the wayside to prop up a hype train with sub par competition

Bo would be able to keep him on the ground, wouldn’t submit him but once it gets on the feet Dustin will rearrange his face, it won’t even be competitive.

No, it isn't. You can't just will yourself into elite status-- you also need actual talent, hard work, good coaching, favorable promoting, good timing, and even a bit of luck to get there.
