Joe The Boss Masseria: The Italian crime boss who could dodge bullets!

One of the leading gangsters from early 20th Century America.
Joe Masseria’s rise would see him dodge bullets to evade assassination attempts, to becoming the boss of all bosses in the criminal underworld,. He would bring about famous mobsters such as Lucky Luciano, Vito Genovese and Frank Costello.
Things would soon go downhill for Masseria though after starting a violent war with crime boss Salvatore Maranzano, which would eventually see Joe Masseria being killed by his own men.
But what what life for one of America’s most famous gangsters?

Thanks for watching Diontae👍 I’m yet to watch Boardwalk Empire as I’m waiting to finish my video’s on the early 20th gangsters before watching it. It would be interesting to see how my interpretation of the lives of these gangsters compare to that portrayed in Boardwalk Empire one day🤔
