I always love how Joe doesn't pull any punches and for a former player turn analyst I've always felt he was /is able to keep his biases in check when talking about Washington. Remember Joe was a runner two so his critique of Jayden's game play caries a lot of weight for me. Now if we could just get Jayden a Monk & Brown on the outside to through too with some real hogs in front of him we'll really have an offence that will put a lot of points on the board. We need to quite looking at Pain & Allan to presser the QB their job is the push to pocket into the QB and stuff the run and be happy if they get 6 or 7 sacks for the year. Like with Big Dave Butz. Most of the sacks need to come from the edge or line backers not your two Tackles. They are called Tackles for a reason, they "tackle" the runner!! Not run past him trying to get to the QB who doesn't even have the ball anymore. Penetration is grate but not jumping out of your gap and leaving a 5 yard hole for the runner to cut though leaving your safety one on one with the back having a 2 way go. That's just bad Defense. Let Pane & Allen clog up the middle and hold their ground. Play the run first then get to the QB by collapsing the pocket down on top of him so he can't run out the sides. This week don't give Burrow wide open passing lanes allowing him to step up in the pocket. Make him through over the D line. clog those passing lanes. If he's able to see the field easily our backs are in for a long day.

The offensive linemen need to stop those bone headed mistakes and Jayden Daniels needs to slide and get out of bounds when he's running. Otherwise let him be himself.
