It was his 2nd year and half of it he played under a rookie defensive playcaller the other half of it he played during a mutiny. He still looked amazing. This year he gets Vernon and Richardson and Wilks gets the clipboard. 15 sacks+ for Myles Garrett this year.

Andrew Blackman Joe was average at best at LT, he was consistently average. Watch the tapes. He never brought his blocking down field or got nasty. He played with minimal passion and never elevated the team

On 6,680 pass blocking attempts he gave up 30 sacks... Is Myles an animal? Yes, no question. But prime Joe Thomas was insanely good. Unorthodox albeit, but still HOF worthy. Also durability is underrated as a trait, over 10,000 consecutive snaps doesn’t make sense, especially at LT.
