Folks don't realize just what a frikkin' **treasure** Almost Live and The 206 was, especially the transplants. That Space Needle prank is STILL funny!

What a way to live! I hope he's written a book. 'Life's Been Good?' Practically writes itself!

Yeah, post more Ross Shafer era clips! Sunday evening Almost Live was a completely different show from the Saturday night show. From what I remember, Ross left for LA to be a talk show and game show host, then Almost Live moved to Saturday night and dropped the talk show format entirely. I missed the guests that came through.

Spent too much energy being a rock n roll clown, when he had so much more to offer.

Ahh... Excuse me but that would be the "Clown Prince of Rock" to you my friend, not the "rock n' roll clown" if we're coming correct here, ya dig? 🤔😁 Riddle me this if you will & please tell me what TF do you still want out of Joe that's causing you to have these negative vibes of him? Seriously, what can Joe do to satisfy your soul & makes you happy? "Loosen Up & Get Your Mind Right, FFS!" Ponder these thoughts I have for other alternative answers to your comment. Look at it hypothetically if you were standing in Joe's shoes, OK? Isn't there a good possibility that too much of Joe's time & energy was spent over the past 30 sum years listening & putting up with all of Don & Glenn's BS? Isn't it also very possible that Joe has always had so much more to offer to the band in songwriting? Yet more times than not when he tried to offer a cool riff or a tune to the Eagles he got shutdown by those 2 egotistical, pompous pricks named Henley & Frey maybe, right? I'm just saying.. 🤔🤨 Either way I'd still say Joe's done a lot more than most in music & has had a pretty good f%ckin' time in life doing it so far, don't ya think? I mean Joe ONLY plays guitar & sings in one of the most legendary, iconic rock bands ever in music with the Eagles. Joe is arguably also considered to be one of the greatest guitarist's ever in the world of guitar. Especially the talented skills he has on playing slide guitar. Joe did all that while struggling with his own issues, addictions & loses in life. For instance Joe was devastated when he lost his 3 year old baby girl in a car accident, as every parent would. Plus you also must not know that a lot of Joe's quirky, eccentric, off the wall behavior stems from being diagnosed with (AS) (OCD) & (ADHD). So there's that, just saying... +Peace Funk & Rock n' Roll 4 Your Soul My Friend+ 🤘😜🤘

What'd you want him to do, conduct a symphony orchestra?
