You can Double team the 3 tech to the backer, arch the Playside Tackle to the FS, now you have an extra blocker play side for corner or SS.

So is the center supposed to snap it between them and the designated runner move over at the snap?

Snap it straight back like always, never change his snap. They can slide over a half step but mostly we're catching the snap on the move.

The pass play. You can also put in a trap or run inside zone with the H kicking the back side end.
