What you said about learning the policies and laws of the GDs, the military have that same type of game where people who are more senior will try to use regulations and policy against you. I've actually utilized the policy and procedures to my advantage before and it's always nice to have it back you up. There's always standard operating procedure for everything dealing with organization or money. It's really a matter of knowing who you are playing with and having all that knowledge on recall so you call fall in line and can't nobody really call you out.
