They knew… There were emails for years between the managers saying ‘we need to stop, lol.’ Over 10b profit. 3b fines They’ve Been slowly putting away money for years anticipating a fine. Chinese going in with huge bags of cash, speaking mandarin with employees. TD Bank Employees caught depositing a million in cash then transferring it out on the same day. Bank allowed certain ‘criminals’ to take atm withdrawals 40-50x higher than daily allowed limit.
