The blackface photos and Adonis revelations were more than enough to win Push the battle, so isn't the rest just overkill? Not at all. It's not overkill. It's bait. He involved Drake's mom and 40 because they're close to Drake's heart and he's trying to infuriate Drake to the point where he reacts emotionally, which will give Push the reason he wants to expose more things about Drake (yes....there is more....and it will get even uglier). Push took it too far for a reason. He needs to insure that he gets a response. That's why he mentioned Drakes "pride". Pride is the reason Drake responded emotionally in the first place when he released Duppy. Pride got him in this mess. Infrared was an obvious trap and Drake fell for it. Drake should have known it was a trap simply by how mediocre Infrared was. It was too bland to warrant a response. Drake is intelligent, but sometimes pride clouds a man's judgement.

Usually I agree w/ being a 10-12 song guy, but Push pulled the project off 7 tracks. Especially the way the production was done on Ye's part. The beats switching up so much (that alone is feat to do, because even when the beats switch, they're cohesive & don't sound forced) it makes the album seem like.more.than 7 songs.
