She used what the internet said and not what factually happened. Kelsey made a diss record 3 months after the incident, following her fallout with Meg. the problem is.. anyone who goes against what megan is saying looks like someone who opposes gender equality and is vilifying the victim. but somewhere in between both sides of the story is the truth, and as an objective person, hearing the case you can see there are plotholes and stories that don’t match. To me it’s very apparent that megan has made comments and changed her account of what happened too much for us to hold her completely credible. So we have a victim who has either accidentally or purposely relayed what happened in a way that isn’t completely accurate, and when that happens, it’s really hard to entrust her with the whole truth and in the imprisonment of a man who may or may not be innocent, it’s too serious to not consider that megan’s account isn’t exactly what happened. I don’t blame her for her account of everything, but you cannot be angry at the public for looking at the facts of the case and being confused. She has a right to be angry, but a logical thinker can only conclude that something is wrong

Attorney here.. it doesn't matter. The "lie" shows the character of said person. This is the exact same reason when permitted, what you said in an interrogation can be used against you in a trial as well. That's not under oath either, but if you say one thing during an interrogation and then change your story on stand under the oath, it gives any attorney with common sense the ability to use that in their favor for their client before the jury.
