Great interview. Well done Dion. Lovely to hear Tommie's insights. There's a small production issue: your mic is too loud so your voice comes booming through Dion, while Tommie's mic is quieter. Sound just needs to be balanced.

WHAT ? ? WHEN ? Was 3rd level education made available to everyone ? I thought it was much more recent than Donut O Malley. Not many of MY contemps went to college

1967 I believe for second level. Third level was never free. In fact going to third level and getting a degree wasn't commonplace until the 90's.
