Then the sixers came after that and said he was injured, hence why they were fined 100k cause they caught them in a lie. 1) They weren't questioning AI winning MVP the same year he made finals. They were questioning AI winning MVP the same year there were "trade rumors" about him. That started in 2002. 2) Embiid has played in the playoffs through: Bell's Palsy, Knee Sprain grade 2, TWO broken orbitals & concussions, a torn meniscus, and a torn thumb ligament. That takes heart. 3) AI has ONE finals appearance to his name. All the other years he either: got eliminated in the 1st round, 2nd round, or missed playoffs completely. Get your facts straight before you talk. We love AI, but please don't glaze when it's obviously you just hate Embiid.

Embiid was the one who said, "For all I've done for this city." Since AI was the last superstar franchise player in Phily, BJ was asking a somewhat rhetorical question and fair one, IMO, what has Embiid done more than AI did. The answer is nothing. Embiid literally has been unavailable to play more than AL EVER was, literally has new different types of injuries EVERY SINGLE season, never seems to be in great shape, quiet as it's kept has come up very small in the playoffs at times and has never led his team past the 2nd round.
