- Master, today, in addition to bringing some questions here, I want to read an excerpt from Joel Goldsmith's book called “Living Now.”
- (...) "Living Now." In this book, Joel comments the following: "The understanding of Oneness (...)
- So, Gilson, there is no truth in this, we just have the error, just the illusion of a relationship based on the ego, based on the “I.”
- This is basically the illusion of the ego, the illusion of the “I.”
- She asked: “Master Gualberto, how can we deal with people around us without memories, illusions (...)
- This is the basis of Self-Awareness, it's the basis of the Truth of Meditation, this is something that becomes present when we put Attention on each and every movement of thought (...)
- (...) which is the “I,” the ego, to abandon this illusion of an identity present in the moment, within the experience.
- Becoming aware of this, which is Self-Awareness, is the basis for Meditation (...)
- If we get rid of this self-image, no one else can offend you, hurt you, sadden you, annoy you, or contradict you.
- The Truth of this new Being, which is Intelligence, which is Consciousness, which is the Truth of God, arises when the “I,” the ego, this self-image is no longer present.
- So, that, Gilson, is a Meditative Life in practice (...)
- (...) a Meditative Life in practice. A Meditative heart, a Meditative mind, is not someone meditating.
- (...) where the ego is not present, where there is no one personally situating oneself and holding on to a self-image.
- (...) but I only know that the person spoke in front of other people and an impulse already came from within, exactly to defend that self-image - “Oh, no, it wasn't me.” (...)
- (...) it is an unhappy life, it is a problematic life, a life in suffering, it is a life far short of the Life of the one who is living in the Fullness of Being.
- This approach is the approach to Liberation, in this Life, from this illusion, which is the illusion of the “I.”
- (...) this Self-investigation and really put this Mindfulness into practice and receive this Real Meditation (...)
- (...) Real Meditation from the Master. Master, gratitude for the video! See you next time!
