I don't understand the obsession the media has of the Dolphins moving off of Tua. Josh Rosen was different, it was clear that he STUNK, and Kyler is an exceptional talent. I could see them taking Trevor, but come on man. They would be stupid to move off of Tua so early. Look at Josh Allen's career. He absolutely sucked, but between good coaching and patience he was in the MVP discussion this year. I know that a lot in the media are doing it just for clicks, but come on man. Tua didn't even have that bad of a start, 11tds and 5 ints is pretty average for a rookie, and a 64% completion rating and 87 passer rating is not half bad.

As an Miami GM you have to ask yourself some questions:How much was Tua hampered by his injury and the adjustment to the league? How much of that is a factor in his second season? How would rate the QB prospects you can get at 3 in comparison to Tua? How much better will a prospect you can get at 3 at a non QB position or a trade down improve your team? How much trade value does Tua have? Based of this answer you make your decision. There's a way the GM is way higher on a QB prospect than he is on Tua and in that case he should take his guy and trade Tua to a QB needy team like Denver, New England, 49ers,Bears,Washington.
