The trophies in both Definitive Edition and PS2 Classics release actually remain the same with DE only getting a few new trophies. The hardest one in both of them is, notoriously, Take The Cannoli. The criminal rating was lowered to 100.000 points as the PS2 Classics release needed you to get 1 million points. An extremely annoying trophie as just missing one single bullet is enough to fuck up your score

I just used the Hunter for vigilante missions using the spawn bug to get up to really high levels. Had about $70M when done

@@gawizard4980only if you’re doing it with a glitch. To do that, you basically exploit the mechanic in which you win a point for every percentage of your weapon accuracy. The thing is, vehicle bullets such as hellicopters and police boats count for bullets hit, but not for bullets shot. This means that if you do a particularly hard set up and keep shooting a target, your accuracy will go beyond 100% since the game is calculating a ratio but only the bullet hits are increasing. If you miss one shot during the set up, or an enemy shoot something (for some reason this counts in your stats as well) you’re going to need more bullets to increase the percentage. It may just take a couple hours longer for a few bullets, but it can explode to a few hundred hours if too much were shot.

I was a huge trophy hunter in the past,during the PS3/PS4 days,nowadays don't have the time for most plats but i still do try for the ocasional easy one. I just have to say,you have the most amazingly paced videos I've seen, don't change this format.Its gold.17 mins videos feel like a couple mins.Its really well done editing.

The van not spawning is technically not a bug, but a limitation of the game's memory. Vice city could only hold a certain number of types of cars, and total cars in memory at the same time. These numbers were different, but both were pretty small. I think the maximum unique vehicles that could be spawned was 5. If you already had 5 different cars in memory (from NPCs driving around you) then the special car wont spawn because there is no space in memory for it. If you had approached the spawn location on foot from the water trying to avoid other vehicles from spawning in, I'm sure you'd see the RC van spawn no problem. This limitation is also why it seems to be that as soon as you get a rare car, it seems like every other NPC is all the sudden driving it. There wasn't enough memory to spawn a whole bunch of different cars, so one of the random ones had to be the one you were driving. It's also why the other RC van spawned when you pulled up already driving an RC van. This is also why there is no traffic when you are being chased by the police, there isn't enough memory to spawn NPC traffic cars because they are all used up by police vehicles.

Vigilante is so much more easier when you get a Hunter unlocked for finding all packages. Alternatively you can use Police Cheetah that spawns at the station by the Ice Cream factory. It's faster and the only emergency vehicle in the series that you can respray

I've only ever completed it without one once in San Andreas for PC (Not DE) and it was, no joke, one of the worst experiences I've had playing a video game. Plus, my save file deleted itself (which happened across the whole trilogy) and I lost all my progress.

Some are easier than others. Forbidden West is the only game I ever platinum'd and that's because you get most of the trophies by playing the game normally. Then it's only a few of them that you actually have to try to get and they're easy anyway.

"We don't need roads" trophy is reference to "the back to the future" films since the Deluxo is based on the DeLorean and in one of the films Doc says "we don't need roads where we're going" (since the car can fly). Additionally, getting to top speed in the trophy is reference to the 88mph speed required for the time machine function of Doc's DeLorean to work lol.

So besides I'm enjoying your videos, I've just subscribed, (thanks for doing VC PLATINUM trophy, it was entertaining to watch, same with GTA 3). I don't know if you knew or if people have said it/told you... but with Vigilante missions, you just want to get the RHINO (Tank) to do them missions, it makes it so much easier, literally just stay by a safe house, get 6 stars, get tank, put in garage, save then load then boom they are all gone. With Ambulance missions, I don't know if anyone said as well, but I recommend destroying the 3 doors for the passengers, it saves you like 3 seconds (or more) of them opening the doors, they get in quicker, saving you more time/hassle waiting for them.

14:00 far as i know from my vice city career, it's not that it's a "failure" if none of them spawn, each time you approach the location there is a random chance that will spawn or certain percentage chance, sometimes it spawns, sometimes it doesnt. Also find it weird the bandit ring racing wasn't part of the 100% completion.
