We love watching all your videos, and your videos from SE Asia helped us plan a really awesome 3 week vacation to Thailand this past summer. My daughter absolutely loved the elephant sanctuary in the Chiang Mai region. This is a great video because I'm seeing a different side of you guys. Your videos don't always have to be about where you are and what there is to do. It's nice to hear about your stories and challenges you go through as well. People aren't just watching your channel because of where you are going, it's because of who you guys are. So don't be afraid to show people who you are. I was surprised you did not like Medellin. I also visited more than 10 countries last year and Colombia was one of my favorite, so much that I want to return to see more. It felt like a good place to live, not just vacation like in South-East Asia. So many beautiful hikes around Medellin too.

Been new to your channel and love your videos! Makes me think of me and my fiancé we had recently travelled a lot of Latin America and talk about starting a channel! If you go to Hawaii, make sure you get off of Oahu. For example, I was completely amazed by the Big Island of Hawaii. It has amazing snorkeling on the west coast, the awe-inspiring volcanoes in the south, the waterfalls and jungles in the east, cowboys and horse ranches in the north, and fantastic views of space from Mauna Kea in the center. So many different climates all on one island.

I'm also traveling and wanted to see where I've already been, how long and get yearly stats as well. Hence I ended up writing my own app for this. Every day I checkin where I've slept. It's available on both Android & iOS and published under my name Niklas. 2024 for me: 23 countries (2 continents) in 62 different cities with 72 places (in some cities I stayed in different places), 29 country crossings which means I've been to some countries more than once. Total distance travelled was 63567 kilometers. 80% of it with the plane, 5161km with train, 4868km with a bus, 1815km with a car, etc I was also in Bail, the trick is to avoid eating meat. Often it's not cooled properly when they get it delivered or the place does not cool it, secondly if you drink smoothies always without ice since the water might be contaminated; the same goes when you brush your teeth, use a bottle of water to rinse/wash.

I traveled alot in South east asia in 2024, but by far the best place i visited was Kurdistan, iraq, people dont think its safe but I never felt so safe in a place before, also great nature and friendly ppl (got invited home to random ppl), only thing to think about is to stay on the kurdish side of the country and not cross into Iraq. So if you want to try something different with Jemen vibes try kurdistan.
